My hotpoint dishwash FDW60 start on the wash cycle for bout 2or3minuts then stops & economic & delicate lights flash & drains out !

What t is wrong with my Hotpoint Aquarius FDW60?

Of the 7 lights, lights 4 and 6 (Eco and Prewash) flash incessantly on start up and the dishwasher just rumbles without actually doing anything until one turns it off.
