have looked at the drainage ,doesnt seem blocked . have tried re-setting the machine but it keeps tripping out the circuit breaker. model of machine is tecnik dw 2677

I have just had a similar problem. There was a leak from a hose at the circulation pump. This wet the electrics and caused a circuit breaker trip on start up.

Yes, mine did the same. My local man looked at it and said it was the control circuit board. Tecnik will only supply through their authorised repairers (Whirlpool) They wanted £79 + VAT call out + hourly rate + parts (£92 + VAT) So I was looking at £200 + hourly rate probably £50 an hour
I went to http://www.trade-appliances.co.uk and bought a new one £252:04 as a DW2677/1 this is the new "improved" model with a couple of extra functions and slightly better economy rating
