JVC mini camcorder GR-D32U after replacement of sensor..bluish overtone?

I had the same problem & the repair costs were covered by JVC. However, the camcorder with the new CCD sensor does not give true colour as it did when I originally purchased it (bark on a tree was brown, grass was green). When either looking through the lens finder or the monitor the image has a grainy bluish overtone & there is a white glare (bark on tree is a glaring whitish, grass is blue). I returned it to the repair shop & they put in another one ... or so they said. But, the problem remains .. everything has a layering of light blue overtones & the white glare reflection remains (colours are not as seen by the naked eye). Has anyone experienced this after having the new sensor put in?

Just by chance try adjusting the white balance setting in the menu but if not that then perhaps its time to shout at jvc
