my cd player is not working i have a cd stuck in it and its stoping the raido from wokring too the flip face opens to load or eject but want power up and want eject can you please help me

The Flex cable ribbon is broken or ripped i have one that needs one too it only costs about 30 bucks for the parts...you can get them at www.partstore.com many kenwoods with the d-face do this over time...Z.A,

Hi, I have a KDC-9017 to and it worked fine until about a month ago. The unit will open the face half way and stay open half way for 20 seconds and then close. When I took it apart I found that a tooth is missing on one of the gears on the motor assembly that opens the face. The only way to repair my problem is to order a new assembly.
