How do I add water/increase pressure to Sime Format System E1 boiler?

The Bi-colour orange LED is flashing, and the water pressure is at 0. How do I add water or increase the pressure to get this working again?

Very easy to increase the pressure. Look at the picture of the filling loop in the attached link http://www.diynot.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=38904 . Now you know what your looking for. You will find yours either under the sink or in the hotpress. Very slightly turn the black valve or "lever" anti-clockwise until you hear the water running through the pipe. Then check the pressure at the boiler. When it reaches 1.5 close the valve. It's as simple as that!
