My brother lives away and he asked me to go round and turn on his Baxi 105e boiler. I've turned the power on and have a green light displayed the pressure is 1.5 bar. When selecting constant for heating and water the boiler just attempts to start but just flicks on and off with a slight flicker on the domestic hot water mode indicator. Is this going to be a straight forward PCB change over or can you advise?

Might be. Might not. Replacing bits randomly can get expensive and fruitless. It's also necessary to be Gas Safe certified.
