Can you help me fix my hoover agility...I have used it once....tried to use it last week...it will not dispense nor suck up the fluids....thank you....

I had the same problem with mine. Finally I figured it out, the hose is split, so it has no suction and when you try to dispense the cleaning fluid it just makes a puddle on the floor. You can look online for a replacement, I found one for $13.99, not sure how hard it's gonna be to replace though.
