HI
Had my steam cleaner for over 18mths and although it works great it also will stop working & keep 'tripping' main fuse box after Ive used it for awhile. Any ideas whats wrong with it?

I had the same problem. The cause was the connecting power wires to the heating element getting damp / wet from a leaking tank. Open it up and check the tank for any leaks, also make sure to clean and dry the heating element incasement and cable connections. I used a small wire brush and a hairdryer and my x5 was back in working order.
