Hi, please can anyone help us? our ariston margherita is making a really loud banging noise when it reaches full speed on the spin. We have changed the bearings but it still happens. The last spin resulted in smoke coming out of the drum when we opened the door! It sounds like something is banging between the drums....is this possible? and could the smoke be due to friction of said object? If so how can we get the door seal off to check between the drums? Thanks.
