i have a dyson cr01 i paused the programme by mistake and instead of pressing start again i tried to cancel programme , now dyson say i have confused the software, now its coming up with close door even though the door is closed, ive tried the steps ie. press on and off button then temp, and soil button, and then turning machine of and back on again, but its still coming with close outer door. Help! dyson coming out on tues. £85 out of pocket .Thanks lisa

Turn the program to off, switch off at the wall, open the Door. Switch on at wall, load machine, shut the Door and select Program/temp and press start.....and wait....if that doesn't do it then it's not you at fault but the software.
