How to make the 'clear toner counter' error on my Sharp 4650?

How can this be fixed? I looked at the other answer for this error, but the fax machine is a different model and we have no buttons to push named Life.
There is nothing iin the manual about this error either. I have removed the cartridge, removed the drum cartridge, reinstalled them and still get the error. Please help

on your speed dial buttons where the v is lift up the cover this will disable the spead dial buttons and you will see where it says life. now you are ready for the regular instruction... Life 2 start for toner and Life 3 start for drum
