machine stopped before finishing final spin,managed to get door open and drain off excess water but seems to be stuck on program.f10 with telephone nos keeps coming up.could something be wrong with the programmer or do u have any other suggestions.

Hi, ring the number and book a service for £85 includes all parts and a service/check over. This machine is discontinued now and this is really the only option if you want it to be fixed. Mine has just died too. Hope this helps.

In most cases, the CR01 can be fixed for the cost of a service, which is a mere £85

If the faulty part is deemed to be something that the engineer doesn't think should have gone wrong then in some cases, there is no charge, and the machine is fixed. I've had a CR01 since launch, and been lucky enough to have never had a repair bill
