ideal boiler not igniting.ideal classic?

boiler not igniting when switching the on- off button ,but theres power to the flu fan which is buzzing but not spinning is this the problem do you think it could be stuck. cheers

move the fan with your hand and see if it is spinning freely, if it isnt the fan needs replacing.
