How can I fix my Miele S312i?

It is not sucking and says the bag is full - it's not. The motor sounds powerful, it is as if there's a blockage but I can't find one.

Try to change the filter

Take out the suction hose.
Switch the cleaner on.
Put the palm of your hand where the hose goes.
If it sucks your hand hard!!!, there is a blockage in the hose.
If it doesn't suck your hand hard!!!, fit a new bag & filters.
