What I have to do to remove the succion hose I am not able as is simple as it looks?

Try to change the filter

Take out the suction hose.
Switch the cleaner on.
Put the palm of your hand where the hose goes.
If it sucks your hand hard!!!, there is a blockage in the hose.
If it doesn't suck your hand hard!!!, fit a new bag & filters.
