glowworm 24ci?

hot water ok all day long . when i turn on central heating burner ignites warms up to 30-35 c then shuts down then comes back on when cool.
pressure @1.5 bar. all rads bleed and rad valves all fully open .
any ideas please ? rads only get luke warm

sounds like your pump is stuck/not running. Boiler will fire then cut out via overheat thermostat as you have no circulation.
