How come you won't answer my question?

Kitchenaid Mixer Oil type.......
I asked a question in November 07 about the type of oil to use.YOU still have not responded. Other people have posted similiar questions. Is it a big secret to what type of oil is used?
Ron, December 2007
you can purchase the oil through kitchenaid website
Put your model # in and then look at the parts guide. Mine was at the bottom. It will give you a part # and then you can call and order. 4160588 was the part # on my parts list. Says Grease, Planetary. I have no idea what the means.

The 'YOU' you refer to is not a person, you post a question on this site and people look at them and help with an answer if they can,it is not a chat room or forum,if nobody checks the site or can help you then you wont get an answer. You are talking to people here not just a computer,be polite and give details of you're problem, abrupt questions i.e "How do I fix my radio" cant be answered,as no-one knows what the problem is with it.P.S if it is a common fault then look in SEARCH someone else has asked and got a reply, job done.
