firstly you need to syncronise ur mp3 to your computer when you connect your mp3 to your computer via usb it shud pick it up automatically, if not check and see if you have some hardware ie a disk that came with your mp3 and run it.
then you need windows media player if you dont have one type it into your search engine and you can download it for free you then save then open it.
in the top right of your wmp it should show wether it has picked ur mp3 up if it has go to syncronise then drag songs out of your library and drop it to sync list when completed press sync now and they will go to your mp3
