go to the soney ericcson website and get there firmware update
get a serial or usb cable as b-tooth wont work for connecting

then follow the instructions

you will then have a fully unlocked unbranded phone well ulness its a orange branded one as they got logos
all over the case lol

the markets charge upto 10 quid just to do that for ya

you can get a cable for 2-4 quid and the software is free

that sim lock doesent do anythink, u cannot change network to unlock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

take your sim card out and start the fone in normal mode wen it says insert sim type in this code right*left left*left* then you will be on the hidden menu go to the fisrt item or he second cant really remember then sim lock this should open your fone to any network
