How can I open the machine to fix the bobbin winder shaft?

Hello there,

I have a Toyota RS2000 Series. Which is in very good working condition. I am experiening one problem, the Bobbin Winder Shaft came off from inside, where you have to push bobbin winder shaft to right and attached it to the small round part to wind. There was a small mental screw came off from inside which was holding the top part. Now I am having problems with Bobbin winding.

I just wnat to find out how I can open the inside so that I can fix the screw back.

Thanking you in advance.

Hello Misma,
The top of the machine should come of quite easily but I think you may have one of the new style two piece plastic body machines in which case I would not even attempt taking it apart if I were you, you will need to take it to a repair shop in this case, undoing the screws on the back of the machine is no problem but there are snap on catches which you can't see and if you break them you will have problems.
