Jones VX860?

My Jones vx860 model has just been serviced but now I cannot get the needle to work, using hand wheel it goes down to a point then stops and will not move.

If this was immediately after the machine being serviced, shouldn't you be asking the person who did that to sort it out?

There may be a bunch of thread in/around the bobbin jamming things
