bass amp cuts out...????

my bass amp plays well for about 10mins or so and then the sound dies down to a low buzzing sound.?

i can still hear the bass but the quality it very poor and quiet and slightly distorted.

my amp is a FR60W (60W FAT RAT BASS AMP)

any ideas?

Ok, the next thing would be to heat the PCB with a hairdryer until the fault shows up, then use a can of freezer to isolate the faulty component. Cool each suspected part one at a time. When the fault clears you have your answer

checked all the joints and they are all ok as far as i can tell..?

You need to check around the preamp driver transistor(s) and coupling capacitors. You'll probably find a dry joint in that area.
