Freezer Cold but Refrigerator is Warm?

The refrigerator in my Kitchenaid KSRS25FGBT02 side-by-side refrigerator is warm but the freezer is cold. No cold air appears to be blowing through the air damper. What should I do?

Or just thoroughly defrost for a good 48hrs, doors open, drawers removed and lots of towels down.

I am guessing your fridge/freezer has separate compressors. You will probably need to call an engineer to get the fridge section re-gassed.
