When I start up my PC, it always says.DEVICES OR APPLICATIONS DISABLED click here, when I click to have a look it says the following..Applications or devices on this PC use drivers that will cause windows to become unstable, windows has prevented these drivers from loading....it was a cd recording software, manafacturer was ROXIO Inc...Adaptec cd r4-2k.sys...cd ralw2k.sys, I cannot delete this program cos I cant find it anywhere, I can record a music cd, but in the 5years ive had my pc ive never made a video.I have windows xp.many thanx

I'm not super - sure because I don't know your system well ... but it may be due to your computer not having the minimum requirements for the program to run properly. To uninstall the program ... go to "Control panal" ....then "add/remove programs" and then find the Roxio program when the list of programs loads....click on it to uninstall it. restart your PC and it will be gone
