Without knowing what the monitor is and what inputs it has or what outputs the Sky or Freeview boxes have then I am afraid that the answer to your question is: maybe.
You are unlikely to be able to attach the Sky box 'natively' with just a cable however. You will almost certainly need a converter of some description but unless you say what the boxes are it is not possible to say what converter.
