How do I unjam my jammed dvd player?

Yes my Samsung dvd video player/recorder has something jammed inside of it. The disk holder will not open. PLEASE HELP!

the belt that drives the mech to open/close the door has most probably stretched and needs replacing, take the cover off (unplug from mains first) you will see the belt by the disc door, take it to a place like Maplins for a new one.
