makita sander?

I have a makita 1/4 sheet sander which I am trying to replace the power cord on. The 4 side housing screws are out and I have the case somewhat pryed open. And that's where it stopped. I don't want to break any components inside. Any suggestions for getting the housing removed from the sander?
It is model number BO4550

Hi, I've just solved your problem, if you haven't by now. Undo the four screws which are under the soft rubber pad and gently riggle the base off the machine, this will expose two more self tapping brass screws, unscrew riggle off the black plastic cover and bingo ..........
