follow your waste water pipe toward's your machine,it goes in to the back of the m/c at the bottom,this pipe goes direct to the pump,normally one pipe in and one out,two wire's,you need to empty the m/c have a bowl ready lower the waste water pipe and it should empty (note unplug the machine) remove the two wire's and there a screw under the edge where the pump is located,you need adjustable plier's to remove the spring clip's on each pipe,once pipe's have been removed you can remove the pump at this point if it's blocked it will be visable by now,hope this help's
