whats wrong with my dishwasher, Hotpoint SDW60?

at the end of the programme 2 lights flash - the "Fast & Dry" and the "Delicate"... what does this mean and how do I fix it?

Only us the tablets with out the ball in them it makes to much bubbles with ball and rise aid so the machine thinks it is blocked

I've the same problem & been told it's either an internal blockage or a problem with the circuit board the programme lights work from. Either way it's gonna cost to get fixed! So far I've been quoted £90 - that's almost half the original cost!
