97 mondeo permanently dead locked meaning entry only through windows?

dead lock from alarm is constantly on and keys cannot open any door. cannot open from inside either. entry only through windows which at over 2m tall is only funny for others. any ideas how to open the doors would be much appreciated

under the dash driver side is a black box with 2 or 3 plug unplug for 2 min. the plug them back in now working if not a new black box needed
