AEG OKO LAVAMAT 86741 C4 error code?

The machine won't spin - if you presss start, the drum moves slowly then stops showing C4 error. Any ideas?

as far as i am aware c4 fault code is circulation pump faulty.windings on coil open cicuit/short circuit.check circulation pump.check wiring.if ok main pcb faulty
