Beko WMA 1512 not filling up with enough water?

I just bought a new Beko WMA 1512 and its not filling up with enough water on both the wash and rinse cycles so I have to keep pouring water in through the soap draw.

( I did send the 1st one back and got a replacement but I found that has exactly the same problem so it must be a design fault, Avoid this model is my advice )

Does anyone know how to adjust the ammount of water that is drawn by the machine ?

Or can anyone point me to a service manual ?

many thanks in advance

I add 6 or 7 litres of warm water to the drum before starting a wash.
