hose to increase pressure of combi worcester 28i junior combi boiler?

how do i increase the pressure? The pressure Guage is under 1 when it should be between 1.0 - 2.5. The instructions do not tell you how to fill up the boiler to increase pressure. There is i knob underneath, but that relieves excess pressure from the boiler by releasing water?? Any body know how or have a similar model??? PLEASE HELP!!

There should be a water inlet valve (blue tap) on a flexible hose underneath. Turn slowly and carefully watching the pressure gauge. If you have the right tap, the pressure should start to increase. If it doesn't - stop turning and return to original position immediately - I don't know what you might have touched!!
If it does increase, get it to desired level and then return to original closed position.
