WHEN CD IN DISK TRAY 'NO DISK ' SIGN APPEARS, SAME PROBLEM IN TRAYS 1-5,CD DISK IS NOT A COPY, TRYED CLEANING DISK,ALSO CLEARED MEMORY,RESET. ITS 4YRS OLD.

In transport on this model it's common for the laser lens to come loose. Remove the six side screws (two top ones are longer) the five on the rear. Lift the lid off. Then the two long screws holding the serial number plate on. Pull up the cd unit and dissconnet the wires from the front. Flip over remove the two screws holding the plastic cover. Then four screws holding the cd laser unit (careful not to overtighten when refitting) there are two clips holing the black cover on the lens unit for better access remove the two wire looms the one going to the laser is taped . Pull of the circular lens clean of the glue then re glue the lens in position using hot glue gun. Refit and test
