If I make a call or anyone calls me then I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. Has anyone else experienced the same problem or know of a solution?

My dear friend, this are all idi*ts. The problem is with the flex cable connecting the monito with board. See video on youtube.com:

Very cheap in nokia they will charg you with 36 $ plus hardware change. Be smart:)

It's a problem with the mic. If you replaced the front faceplate, that's the reason. Most faceplactes don't come with a mic. It's actually a part of the faceplate. Just take the old faceplate, and look where the mic is supposed to be. If there's a black disc thing in there, take it out, and put it in the new faceplate. If you haven't changed the faceplate, just buy a new mic off of eBay and pop the front faceplate off and put the new mic in. If it doesn't work, call Nokia.
