i have tried spywares, anti viruses and it showed me that the virus/spyware have been healed, and also, when i lose my internet connection since i think the virus/spyware removes internet connection, i have also tried your suggestion and cleared the tcp/ip at DOS, but it still does not work... do you think my lan card is the one having problems because of this virus/spyware?

no, the LAN card can't get a virus - the problem is on your hard drive only. If you get reoccurring trojans, it means there is a program in your registry that is generating them ... so every time you heal them, more will be generated when you restart the system.
reformat your system and re-load windows again. if you have more than one hard drive, format them both.
