Water won't quit filling up? Whirlpool?

Hi,
I have a whirlpool model washing machine. The problem is this. We start the cycle, and the water level fills up. When it gets to the point where the water level is supposed to stop and the washing machine starts to wash. The washing machine starts to wash, but the water level keeps filling up. The only way we can get around that right now is to turn off the water supply in the back. How can I fix this? Model# = LSR5132PQ0. Hope you guys can help. Thanks in advance.

3 things cause overfilling. 1 pressure chamber blocked. 2 pressure switch contacts stuck. 3 fill valves staying open even when de-energised.
Cure: 1 unblock pressure chamber. 2 replace pressure switch. 3 replace faulty fill valve.
