water leakin from draw?

there is water leaking from the washing machine soap draw. the draw is shut properly. could you please tell me why this is happening.

(1)Check jets in drawer not gunged up clean with a old toothbrush monthly.
(2)Try turning DOWN your water pressure using incoming stop cock, utilities company may have done a repair near by and opened there valve a bit further than before therefore INCREASING WATER MAIN PRESSURE TO THE WHOLE STREETS

i poured hot water through the drawer but it didn't work, could you suggest anything else.
also could someone tell me where i can get the service manual for this machine.
appreciate any help i can get.

The compartments for the detergent will be blocked with residue or at least restricted,try pouring a little hot water through the drawer to free the blockage,regards joe
