hi, just wondered if you could help me with a problem with my diplomat dishwasher. the washing powder tabs are not disolving when machine is on. at the end of a cycle the tablet has just broken up in ist pocket.any advie would be appreciated. look forward to your reply, mr stephens

Hi there - if you get an answer to this please let me know! I've just started having the exact same problem.

Sometimes it works, but increasingly its not. I wonder if perhaps it might have something to do with the water not getting hot enough....
