My Sony looses colour after minutes/seconds of use?

My Sony looses colour after minutes/seconds of use. Can a replacement part/PCB be purchased & replaced? The television is a Sony Trinitron KV-X2552U and is several years old. I have replaced the set for a newer model (assuming repair costs to be high). I would like to repair the set, if possible/practical myself without to avoid excessive labour costs and call out charges.

Usual no colour problems on this model are caused by CT302, a variable capacitor on the "B" board, the fault is often ittermittent. The cure is to replace it with a 15pf polestyrene capacitor. You can sometimes cure the fault by just turning the adjustment screw back and forth a few times, I think a bit of muck can get into it and this gets rid of it. The "B" board is the 3rd from the right sticking up looking from the back of the set. CT302 is next to a crystal and is usually orange with a silver screw assy. If twiddled it needs to be returned to its original position.
Don't forget tv's can kill you, dont touch anything when set is on.
