Puddles in the Footwells of my Renault Megane?

Hi First post and looking for help, Had my 1996 Renault Megane RN for a couple of weeks now and just recently noticed that there is puddles in the back and front passenger side footwells, tried to see if it was the window seals and nothing and aint got a clue what it could be any help would be great

If the water is coming in through the door inner panel the door at this point must have a couple of inches of water in DRAIN HOLES between outer and inner skin PROBABLY blocked from when car dipped/sprayed at the factory clear out drain holes with a stiff piece of wire and watch water flow out if not check ALL RUBBER GROMMETS and DRAINS under the bonnet bulkhead for splits or any split sealant especially the one that supplies fresh air into the car,

Make sure its not coolant coming from the heater core leaking

Check sunroof, or more likely door membranes.pour water on bottom of glass area of individual door and if water is coming out of bottom of inner door trim then membrane damaged.
