My ariston 1636 has just started to leak from under the machine, i have looked at the seal and that seems ok..... anyone else had the same problem?

Check drain filter on the front is NOT WEEPING because of residue dirt on seal or filter housing,rubber washer perished.
Put dry newspaper under machine and check for wet spots, check pipes /pump etc for stains (powder residue on pipes is a give away clue,) rust stain or powder stain on pump is another clue gland seal gone etc,
