My roof slopes down at one side so two of my bedrooms have damp can we raise the roof so we can insulate or is there something else we can do please help

Where is the damp showing?
I can't promise but take some digi pics and send to robertwhiting76@hotmail.com might be able to suggest solution/s. I can't see raising and insulation could cure it Why can't you access the roof void via the loft/attic?.
