I DROPED MY A630 IN SALT WATER NOW IT WON'T TURN ON?

I DRIED IT FOR A WHILE UNDER DA SUN AND WHEN I GOT HOME BUT STILL NOTHING WORKS

Bad news, chances are it will need to be claimed on insurance.... remove the battery, dip it again in fresh water, let it dry for 2 days and replace the battery. Salt water is conductive and will create havoc, at least rinsing it will remove the salt and potential short circuits. when you try it again it will probably not work but if it works you are lucky.
