How do I drain my Potterton Kingfisher 2 boiler?

I am trying to empty/flush my heating system as my boiler is becoming very noisy. It is a Potterton Kingfisher 2, floor standing boiler. Does anyone know if/where the drain tap is located on this model?

What do you do if a cowboy fitted it without a drain tap? No puns please about a Mexican Tap dance is required.
Thanks in advance. Steve

The plumber or heating engineer should have fitted a drain cock via a spur off the return pipe to the boiler, at the lowest point, when the system was originally installed. See Page 3 Potterton Kingfisher 11 installation instructions.
