I have model Z215 and the CD. The program was erased when I had the drive cleaned up and now I want to reinstall the printer. The model number is 4136 KO2. When I try to install I get to the question "What is your IP?" Your support group gave me the 800 number 682-4120 but that did not help since it was the Professor and they said call back to Lexmaark, HOW DO I GET THE NECESSARY TO INFO THE REINSTALL MY PRINTER////

If you need more help here put a LOT more information about what you are trying to do because most of us don't have crystal balls and can't see what you can see.
