printer paper jamp problems?

I have a HP 2355 all in one printer/scanner which recently stops half way before printing and said 'paper jam'..but, when press 'OK'..the paper continues out without any problems..

It repeats itself..and would not get off the 'paper jam' error.

how can I fix this. I have on first attempt remove the so-called jam paper from the back and replace the unit..after cleaning the rollers.both on the cover and on the paper feed rollers.

It still will not get off the 'paper jam' error...

please advise...

Did this suggestion work as I have the same problem!!!

Superglue is wicked stuff so it would be nice to know whether this solution is worth trying..... :-))

Open the lid to access the ink cartridges. Slide them to the left to expose a spring-loaded arm. Look closely at the arm and determine if part of the arm is broken, if so do the following:
Remove the spring and discard, then super glue the mechanism in the position as if the spring was extended. Problem solved.
