how can i access my heater blower to fix it in my citroen dispatch?

im not sure how to get access to the heater blower for my dispatch as it isnt working. the heater is working but the blower doesnt blow

before you go at the blower i would check the fuse ( about a 30A), the switch or, if it has air con, check the pollen filter - if blocked the fan doesn't work.
