Domestic Hot Water is not hot enough on Saunier Duval F28 condersor boiler?

Saunier duval F28 Boiler - Water initially comes out really hot them goes cooler. Can anyone suggest what is wrong.

Its possible that the hot water is not working at all. Turn off the heating and open a hot tap. If the boiler does`t fire up the diaphragm is favourite.
