Ferroli optimax HE 31c?

My water pressure is continually dropping. What direction should the red and yellow valves face.? All of the valves really.

My boiler is providing heating but not hot water. The boiler is still under warranty but Ferroli wont touch it as my lovely husband has left me and taken the paper work with him. Having a problem getting someone to come and look at it one plumber has suggested the divert value. Does anyone have any ideas

Low pressure problem on boiler, manual suggests 'Fill the system'. How do you do this?

Radiators wont heat error code T5 domestic hot water is fine?

Steve, July 2009
the filling loop valves should be across the valve body, if pressure is dropping this usually indicates you have a leak on the system, possibly a leaking radiator valve or a fractured pipe joint. if it is discharging water outside from pressure relief pipe it could be pressure relief valve itself thats not closing properly, this usually happens if the system has been over pressurised or it has over heated.
worse case the heat exchanger has fractured.if it in warranty ring ferroli

my boiler has stopped working. There is nothing displayed on screen - no error codes. When I turn on power a low tapping noise can be heard intermittently.

Mike, July 2008
Pressure drop is usually caused by a leak somewhere in the system.
Rarely, a faulty pressure valve can cause this by releasing the pressure unnecessarily.
