why my heating is not working and my water does? on my vaillant turbomax?

My boiler is vaillant turbomax, and my problem is, heating is not working but water work perfectly. the meter pressure is below 0.8 while 1.5 is the normal setting. the knob with radiator sign is On. what should I do?

I'm having the same issues - hot water but no heating. Any ideas anyone? My manual says VUW 242 E/VUW 282 E.
